Preble Township Board Meeting Agenda The following topics will be discussed at the regular meeting of the board of supervisors held on Tuesday, April 15, 2008, beginning at 7PM.
1. Review of meeting minutes from previous township board meeting. 2. Treasurer's monthly financial report. 3. Review of pending bills, claims and accounts payable. 4. Review of incoming mail. 5. Meeting fees and compensation to township officers for 2008. 6. Roads and bridges maintenance and repairs. 7. Road tour. 8. Record retention policy. 9. Private driveway plowing permission forms. 10. Plow truck purchase report 11. Request to close north end of Azalea Road. 12. County hazard mitigation plan.
The topics will not necessarily be discussed in the same order as presented on this agenda. Additional topics may be discussed as presented by either township board members or persons attending the meeting.
